Isaac Mbah is the Founder and Chairman of Z-FRUITFUL FIELD Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. He is a cooperative professional, entrepreneur, and financial literacy advocate with a diverse background in banking, cooperative management, business administration, and the social sciences.

He earned a Diploma in Business Administration and Management with Distinction, laying a solid foundation in business principles and management.

Professional Journey

He began his professional career with Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank), where he gained valuable experience in banking operations and customer service. He later served as Studio Manager at Corart Media Centre, Abuja, overseeing multimedia and creative operations.

Driven by a passion for continuous learning, Isaac proceeded to the University of Jos, where he studied Sociology and graduated as the best graduating student in his department for his set.

Following his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Borno State, he joined Lifeline Thrift and Loans Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd., Jos, where he served for three years as Operations Manager and Treasurer, playing a key role in cooperative administration, financial management and operational development.

Founding Z-FRUITFUL FIELD

Drawing on his combined experience in banking, cooperative management, business and leadership, Isaac founded Z-FRUITFUL FIELD Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. with a vision to provide accessible financial services while promoting financial literacy, integrity and sustainable wealth creation.

His mission is to empower individuals, families and businesses to achieve financial stability through responsible savings, investments and cooperative development.
